Shipping Policy

We ship most orders the same or next business day from Cleveland, Ohio. If you order by 4 p.m. we will typically ship that same day, after 4p.m will ship the following business day, M-F. Our carrier is the USPS. This carrier has a variety of different shipping options from first class mail to overnight delivery anywhere in the country.
We also often offer a flat rate shipping method, this makes sure your shipping costs stay low. Standard Shipping/Economy/Flat Rate This is a flat rate shipping option and we choose the carrier that is most cost effective. Typically 3-5 business days. We do offer free shipping for items over $100 or more.
USPS Priority Mail Typically a 1-3 day shipping service anywhere in the US. The closer you are to Only in Clev the faster you get your package.
Return & Exchange Policy

Rinkinthebox will accept returns for products within 30 days of purchase that are not worn, used or you are not happy with the item for any reason.
We are not able to offer exchanges for products, but you can of course return your merchandise for a refund to your original form of payment and repurchase your desired product whenever you'd like.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
